Health & Wellness Coach, Grief Coach & Nutrition Practitioner
I work with self-reliant women in midlife, who are noticing the subtle but significant changes - disrupted sleep, gradual weight gain, rising health concerns, and the emotional load of holding everything together while navigating loss.
They’re capable, responsible and resilient, but they’re also tired of feeling out of sync with themselves, and are now ready for support.
I help them to review and refresh their lifestyle, so they can sleep well, feel steady, and reclaim their sense of self.
The goal is simple: to feel in control of their health again and move through midlife with strength and confidence.
Before becoming a Health, Wellness & Grief Coach and Nutrition Practitioner, I spent over two decades in children’s social work and fostering services management, and nearly ten years before that in corporate market research.
Across every chapter, my work has centred on understanding people, their stories, and what helps them thrive.
My shift into health, grief and wellbeing began with my own midlife turning point. Weight gain, high cholesterol and breast calcification arrived at the same time. Soon after, my sister and I were planning care for my adopted mother during serious illness and disability.
At the same time, deeper grief resurfaced.
I had lived alongside my birth mother’s breast cancer from the age of 14 until her death when I was 29.
These life transitions and layers of grief created a moment of compassionate self‑reflection. I stopped and asked myself:
If I don’t make a change now, what will my future look like?
That question changed everything.
Through sustainable lifestyle changes rooted in varied cultural foods, movement and self‑care, I returned to a healthy BMI, reduced belly fat, lowered my cholesterol, and began taking active steps to support long‑term breast health.
Now, I help others do the same.
I support individuals and groups to adapt to life’s transitions, take control of their health, and age vibrantly - with steadiness, confidence and compassion.
My approach blends lived experience, evidence‑based guidance and a whole‑person perspective. It’s designed to help you feel more like yourself again, even alongside change and loss.

Signature Programme
For women who are finally ready to restore their health, rebuild after loss and reclaim the parts of themselves they've had to put aside. It offers emotional steadiness, lifestyle renewal and
guided healing.
12 weeks: split equally between health and wellness support and life after loss support and restoration.
Invitation to join a monthly support group lasting 1 year.
£950 (payable in, up to 3 equal installments).


Restore & Thrive
Transformation Programme
Best suited for those committed to making wellbeing a non-negotiable lifestyle habit.
16 weeks: split across 10 weeks of health and wellbeing support and 6 weeks of life after loss restoration for lasting wellbeing.
Extra learning materials and check-ins provided throughout.

It's not crisis support. And it's not about "moving on".
It's 1-1 or a small group.
We slow things down and work with what's actually happening- the grief, the anger, the numbness, the questions about who you are now.
