“Roxanne, as my health coach; you have been open minded, calm in your approach, non-judgemental, allowed me to be vulnerable, encouraging, giving space for someone like me to explore my feelings through the questions asked.”
SK, Trainee Teacher Ministry worker

Hi, I'm Roxanne
Health & Wellness Coach, Grief Coach & Nutrition Practitioner
With over 22 years in children’s social work and fostering services, I have retrained as a Health & Wellness Coach, Grief Coach, and Nutrition Practitioner. My journey into this new chapter began with a personal turning point: facing mid-life weight gain and emerging health markers such as high cholesterol and breast calcification, while also stepping up to plan care for my adopted mother (maternal aunty) during a period of serious illness. It led me to reflect deeply on my own long-term wellbeing. I asked myself, What will my future look like if I don’t make a change? That question changed everything.
Before moving into social work, I spent nearly a decade in the corporate world as a market research professional, analysing trends, behaviours and human motivations.
Becoming a mother shifted my focus and values, drawing me into social care, where I brought the same curiosity, empathy, and insight to supporting vulnerable children and families.
Now, I help others take control of their physical and emotional health. Drawing on my two decades in social care; supporting the wellbeing of children, carers, and staff. I bring a unique, whole-person perspective to health, nutrition and living with joy alongside loss.
As a certified Health, Wellness & Grief Coach, I support individuals and groups, to make meaningful lifestyle changes, that allow them to live a meaningful life alonside transitions and loss.

Life after Loss/Grief Caoching
6 Weeks Programme
It's not crisis support. And it's not about "moving on".
It's 1-1 or a small group where we slow things down and work with what's actually happening- the grief, the anger, the numbness, the questions about who you are now.
-
We learn to stop when grief hits, instead of being knocked sideways by it
-
We talk honestly about what's there
-
We listen to what's underneath it all
-
And, we gently imagine what life might look like next and create a "life certificate".
It's really about learning how to live alongside loss - and not doing it on your own.

"The sessions with Roxanne began with us setting out my immediate goals and life priorities in a clear, structured way. Within a few weeks, I had made meaningful progress on a number of my short-term goals that had previously felt challenging. This included incorporating a healthier and balanced diet into my daily routine, and integrating regular exercise alongside my work commitments."
MH. London Solicitor
"The Self-Care session was such a valuable and useful session for myself and my team, at a very challenging and uncertain time at work. Roxanne is an amazing facilitator and provided a safe and friendly space. She held space for the group and shared her insights and knowledge with great emotional intelligence. It was a very interactive session, and the team were able to learn real coping strategies which they can apply in real time. The team are so grateful for this session."

What my clients say
"“I have been meeting with Roxanne, in a new way, as a Life Coach., this has been another thing entirely to express myself, based on trust, respect , commitment, connection and belief in knowing that she is here to support me achieve , and knows she has this belief in my success, giving the time to achieve and think through things. If someone is struggling, it is good to have a life coach to give them a push. This has given me the push to do things I haven’t done before or for a long time. I lost 5kg."

“I have been learning about blood sugar balancing with Roxanne and my energy levels have improved so much that I’ve started walking an extra 10 minutes in the evening to get ready for my hike in September. I also now eat my salads first and move after my meal. I no longer eat dessert every day. Now, I have it about twice a week, and it’s a smaller portion right after my meal instead of a big bowl of ice cream as a snack. “
SuP, aged 58, Charity Volunteer
"Roxanne, your approach and attitude were easy for me to explore things I had not thought about. I quickly discovered that me-time, social connections and quality time with my hubby were my priorities alongside my writing and church life."
DA –retired mental health practitioner
“Roxanne, yours and my personality jelled . We worked well together. You shared information and was resourceful – you would quickly send information to me and this supplemented our discussions. “
